Facilities Coordinator – Bank, The City of London

Your new employer is an industry leading Facilities Management service provider, with a high-profile portfolio of commercial offices across the UK. We are currently looking for a Facilities Coordinator, to join a fantastic team within a luxury office space in Bank, The City of London.

The ideal Facilities Coordinator will have a Facilities Management background, Front of House experience, as well as strong customer service skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading organisation who can offer a large scope for progression and personal development.

Your New Role:

  • Be based front of house, ensuring all guests are greeted in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Be at the forefront of customer relationships in the site/s
  • Coordinate within the Facilities Management service team to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met.
  • Support and monitor maintenance supplier activities when required and report any corrective works arising.
  • Comply with Health and Safety requirements as outlined with the SLA and as instructed by the company policy.
  • Conduct month self-assessment in support of quarterly contract performance requirements.
  • Knowledge and awareness of the Facilities Management industry.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a Reception/ Front of House role
  • Experience within a Facilities Management organisation is desirable
  • Customer focused
  • Team player attitude
