Facilities Contract Support Administrator – Crawley, West Sussex

Your New Role:

  • Liaising with clients and sub-contractors to schedule appointments and arrange access
  • Liaising with engineers and clients via email and phone call
  • Responding to client call out requests within SLA’s
  • Liaising with the supervisor to organising the engineer’s diaries
  • Updating sub-contractor contract forms
  • Processing quotes and invoices for clients and sending for approval
  • Following up outstanding quotes
  • Producing weekly WIP reports
  • Scanning all relevant documentation and uploading
  • Setting up new PPM Contracts/Manuals
  • Processing correspondence and certificates for clients
  • Raising purchase orders for materials/services required

What You’ll Get In Return:

  • £28,000.00 – £30,000.00 Per Annum
  • Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00
